Founded in 2017, Shanghai Fosun Kairos Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech biopharmaceutical enterprise under Fosun Pharma. Fosun Kairos introduced Yescarta®, a CAR-T therapy for relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, from Kite Pharma (U.S.) and achieved localized production in China. In June 2021, Fosun Kairos obtained marketing approval for YIKAIDA (Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Injection), China’s first CAR-T cell therapy product. In June 2023, a new indication for YIKAIDA was approved for marketing for adult patients with large B-cell lymphoma refractory to first-line chemoimmunotherapy or relapsing within 12 months thereafter. The successful launch of YIKAIDA officially inaugurated the "Year One of CAR-T Therapy" in China and continues to lead the high-quality development of lymphoma treatment.

Fosun Kairos has established a cell therapy R&D center and technology development platform exceeding 2,000m2 in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. We have assembled a team of highly qualified scientists from both domestic and international backgrounds. Through a strategy of technology licensing, independent innovation, and collaborative R&D, we focus on early-stage CAR-T R&D and clinical evidence-based projects to build a sustainable and innovative cell therapy pipeline.
