To address the accessibility challenges of high-value cell therapy drugs, Fosun Kairos has always centered its efforts around patient needs since the launch of YIKAIDA. By collaborating with government agencies, medical institutions, charitable foundations, and commercial insurance companies, we are building a diversified and innovative payment ecosystem that covers the entire treatment process. This initiative aims to ensure that more patients can access and afford high-quality CAR-T therapy products.
Building Nationwide Treatment Network:Leveraging our nationwide treatment network, Fosun Kairos is continually expanding the reach of essential healthcare services. To date, we have established over 200 high-standard YIKAIDA treatment centers across 29 provinces and municipalities in China. We have also facilitated the inclusion of YIKAIDA in more than 110 “City Tailored Insurance (Huiminbao)” programs and over 90 commercial health insurance plans. These efforts help reduce financial barriers to treatment and enhance the accessibility of cell therapies.
Pioneering Outcome-based Payment Mechanism:To alleviate the financial burden on patients, Fosun Kairos is continually exploring innovative payment models. In January 2024, we launched China’s first outcome-based payment plan for YIKAIDA in lymphoma treatment. This innovative payment mechanism effectively alleviates financial burdens and empowers patients to seize optimal treatment windows, setting a new paradigm for the payment models of high-value innovative drugs.
Inclusion in Commercial Health Insurance Innovative Drug Catalog:Aligning with the development of China's multi-level medical security system, Fosun Kairos is actively promoting the deep integration of cell therapies with commercial health insurance. In December 2025, YIKAIDA was successfully included in the first edition of the Commercial Health Insurance Innovative Drug Catalog. This significant achievement underscores the authoritative recognition of the clinical and payment values of our product within the industry, further enhancing the level of protection and reimbursement efficiency provided by commercial insurance for cell therapies.
